Senegal<\/h2>\n

Senegal is one of the few places that has no time difference from the UK when the clocks go back (it is currently one hour behind).<\/p>\n

And last year, TUI launched holidays to the African destination for the first time in more than a decade.<\/p>\n

Flights take around five hours and are direct from the UK.<\/p>\n

The temperature remains as high as 32C even in November, so you can get a hot blast of air during the winter.<\/p>\n

Temperatures in November stay around 25C, so not too hot but much warmer than the UK.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

While people visit Marrakesh for the souks and the restaurants, places like Agadir are popular with surfers and Ouarzazate\u00a0for film<\/span> enthusiasts.<\/p>\n

Flights to Morocco start from \u00a325, with hotel rooms for as little as \u00a39 a night in a local riad.<\/p>\n

Gran Canaria<\/h2>\n

The UK and Gran Canaria have no time difference between each other.<\/p>\n

The Spanish island is one of the warmest, staying near 19C in November.<\/p>\n

Flights take around four hours from the UK, with Ryanair offering cheap fares.<\/p>\n

Most people flock to the island for the white sandy beaches, although there are attractions including Casa de Col\u00f3n, where Columbus set off from.<\/p>\n

Holidays to Gran Canaria with Love Holidays start from \u00a3175pp with seven nights and return flights<\/p>\n

Cape Verde<\/h2>\n

Cape Verde is just two hours ahead of the UK – so don't expect to feel any jet lag.<\/p>\n

The temperature rarely drops below 24C, although is as high as 28C in November.<\/p>\n
