The 55-year-old presenter decided to let her hair down and embrace the chill when she took the plunge outdoors. The former Celebrity Masterchef star showed off her sensational figure in a tight grey swimsuit during her dip.<\/p>\n
Jenny clearly enjoyed her time in the water as she could be seen beaming for the camera. One snap saw the star posing next to the water with her gorgeous pup in front of her.<\/p>\n

She let her beautiful lake-soaked raven locks cascade over her back after her swim. A video captured from behind saw her strutting towards the lake and taking to the water.<\/p>\n

Jenny revealed that the lake was her "happy place". Captioning her post, she wrote: "Find the simple things that make you happy in nature and make the most of these sunny days. And maybe strike a pose ( chihuahuas @peggyincolours optional ! ) where\u2019s your happy place outdoors ?".<\/p>\n
Her fans flocked to the comments to swoon over her ageless beauty. One gushed: "Beauty right there always stunning English rose."<\/p>\n

Powell recently revealed that she's embarked on a totally new career away from the world of telly. She has decided to become a yoga teacher.<\/p>\n
She told fans: "I have procrastinated, deliberated and finally pushed the button and committed to starting my online yoga teaching training course. I\u2019m a technophobe and in my mid-fifties, some would say I\u2019ve left things a bit late but I say noooooo!<\/p>\n
