<\/p>\nTHEY'RE selling out across the country as people are hoping they can use them instead of their tumble dryers. <\/p>\n
But one woman who forked out for a heated airer has admitted it's driving her "mental". <\/p>\n

Kelly took to TikTok to share her thoughts about the airer she'd bought, as she said she'd even got a cover for it too. <\/p>\n
"I thought in an ideal world, I'd be putting the clothes on before I go to bed and then I wake up in the morning, and the clothes are dry," she said. <\/p>\n
"Is it f**k! It's not dry.<\/p>\n
"I have to turn it every couple of hours – it's just driving me mental!"<\/p>\n
Kelly went on to say that while someone had recommended the DrySoon from Lakeland, she wasn't sure about getting one because they're expensive when you factor in the cover too. <\/p>\n "I don't know what to do," she mused. <\/p>\n "I need one I can put the clothes on overnight, I get up in the morning and it's dry and it doesn't cost the earth to run.<\/p>\n "Like this one cost me like 7p an hour, which is fine. I can leave that on overnight. That's fine.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n "I don't want one that's like 50p an hour because I'll be skint."<\/p>\n Asking people for recommendations for heated airers, she added: "We have a lot of jogging bottoms, because of Andrew, a lot of jeans. <\/p>\n "So big items, hoodies.<\/p>\n "I need to put things on before I go to bed about 10 o'clock at night, and then I get up around about 6, 7 o'clockish. <\/p>\n "So, yeah, any recommendations would be good."<\/p>\n The comments section was quickly filled with people offering their own suggestions, with one writing: "I've got the dry soon one without the cover.<\/p>\n "I use a duvet cover to go over it to help keep the heat in, dries over night, think its about 6p an hour."<\/p>\n "You cannot beat a dehumidifier, absolutely brilliant for drying washing and cutting condensation down," another added. <\/p>\n "The heated airers, I use for pants and socks!"<\/p>\n "I had a Lakeland, cost 3p hour, when I wake up it\u2019s all dry – best thing I every bought," a third commented. <\/p>\n "Well you've made my mind up I was going to buy one, won't bother now," someone else wrote. <\/p>\n![](\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/RW-comp-DRYING-SEP20v2.jpg\")
