<\/p>\nFear the Walking Dead star Sam Underwood will not face charges after he was\u00a0arrested earlier this month for domestic battery after allegedly ‘roughing up’ a woman during a heated altercation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The English actor, 36, was arrested on October 7 at 2.30am in\u00a0Los Angeles after getting into an argument that turned into a physical altercation with a woman, whose identity has not been revealed.<\/p>\n
Cops were called to the apartment where they found the woman with visible marks on her body, reported\u00a0TMZ. She did not need medical attention.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Married Underwood was arrested for\u00a0felony domestic battery and he was put in jail\u00a0for 10 hours before being released, the outlet reported.\u00a0He denied the allegations.<\/p>\n
TMZ has confirmed Underwood will not be charged for the arrest as the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office has rejected the case.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to TMZ last week, Underwood’s attorney had photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings that allegedly disproved the case made against him.<\/p>\n
Underwood is married to California-born actress Valorie Curry, and the pair tied the knot in July 2016.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
They met while filming The Following in 2013, where Underwood played\u00a0twins Luke and Mark Gray and Curry played\u00a0Emma Hill.<\/p>\n
Underwood has co-starred alongside Alec Baldwin in the theater production of Equus, and also had roles in Homeland and Fear The Walking Dead – which is a prequel to AMC’s Walking Dead.<\/p>\n
He played Jake Otto Fear The Walking Dead’s third season, which aired in 2017.<\/p>\n
He also played the role of Adam Carrington in the reboot of Dynasty from 2019-2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n
