She outlived the second-oldest person, Kane Tanaka, who was 119 years and 107 days old when he died in April, 2022.<\/p>\n<p> However, according to Google&apos;s former AI chief, that could be the closest humans ever come, despite already figuring out immortality \u2013 but only for Artificial Intelligence. So the good news is, we\u2019ve discovered the secret of immortality \u2013 the bad news is, it\u2019s not for us.\u201d Hinton&apos;s comments were made in May, but have since resurfaced at the Government held an AI summit in the UK this week.<\/p>\n<p>Led by the UK&apos;s Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, world leaders in AI and tech were there, such as Twitter\/X boss Elon Musk, as well as many of those who key in the tech space from around the world. However, it was snubbed by the President of the United States Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31352612.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_Asian-nurse-physiotherapist-doctor-care-help-and-support-senior-or-elderly-old-lady-woman-patient-l.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31333982.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s458\/2_JS315316264_Main.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Elon Musk is a &apos;visionary who will save all of humanity,&apos; Google&apos;s AI claims<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/@trinitymirrordigital\/chameleon-branding\/publications\/dailystar\/img\/logo-schema-dailystar.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And while the gathering told of the serious dangers of AI, and while those there tried to figure out a framework to \u201cprotect\u201d humans from AI, Hinton warned that the tech could pose a bigger danger than most think. He said: \u201cYou need to imagine something more intelligent than us by the same difference that we\u2019re more intelligent than a frog, and it\u2019s going to learn from the web, it\u2019s going to have read every single book that\u2019s ever been written on how to manipulate people, and also seen it in practice.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31352617.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s615b\/1_Boston-Dynamics-Spot-and-ChatGPT.jpg\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<figure data-mod=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk\/incoming\/article31292550.ece\/ALTERNATES\/s458\/3_BANNER-Humans-will-become-immortal-this-century-but-only-if-it-benefits-all-of-humanity.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p> Humans &apos;will become immortal this century&apos; but there is a catch, AI claims<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/s2-prod.mirror.co.uk\/@trinitymirrordigital\/chameleon-branding\/publications\/dailystar\/img\/logo-schema-dailystar.png\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve got huge uncertainty at present.
