Touma, who lives at the extravagant four-bedroom, five-bathroom home with her boyfriend in Sydney&#8217;s Hunters Hill, awoke to her\u00a0Lamborghini Huracan and a brand new Tesla, worth a combined $500,000,\u00a0going up in flames at\u00a04.15am on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>A Molotov cocktail was thrown into the garage in an eerily similar attack that occurred three months earlier at another home in St Johns Park linked to a man named\u00a0Billy Blazevski.<\/p>\n<p>The 25-year-old is also known to stay at the Hunters Hill property and police are investigating whether the two incidents are linked.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/11\/09\/78813081-12849369-Taylor_Jayne_TJ_Touma_who_lives_at_the_extravagant_four_bedroom_-a-42_1702288221613.jpg\" height=\"847\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Taylor Jayne &#8216;TJ&#8217; she said.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Touma posted a photo of herself with the Tesla on the day she got it just 10 weeks ago.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting any wrongdoing by Mr Blazevski or Ms Touma.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze within 30 minutes and prevented it spreading down to other parts of the sizable property.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The garage door was almost completely destroyed as flames burned through the roofs of the two cars to expose their interiors.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Police spoke with real estate agents and neighbours on Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One neighbour said they saw several dark figures running from the scene.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/11\/09\/78813083-12849369-Ms_Touma_who_regularly_posts_about_her_opulent_lifestyle_on_Inst-a-38_1702288532484.jpg\" height=\"639\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Ms Touma, who regularly posts about her opulent lifestyle on Instagram, has not commented publicly on the matter<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/11\/09\/78813137-12849369-The_garage_door_was_almost_completely_destroyed_as_flames_burned-a-39_1702288532485.jpg\" height=\"360\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The garage door was almost completely destroyed as flames burned through the roofs of the two cars to expose their interiors<\/p>\n<p>Police believe the attack was targeted as CCTV footage had shown men wearing black gloves and balaclavas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It is understood an explosive similar to a Molotov cocktail had been used to start the fire.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>NSW Fire and Rescue spokesman Adam Dewberry said it was fortunate no one was injured in the blaze.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Three aerial platforms supported fire crews in breathing apparatus as they attacked the seat of the blaze and prevented it spreading to an adjacent hammer mill,&#8217;
