A Ukrainian doctor has claimed that Russian soldiers have etched swastikas on the foreheads of prisoners of war. <\/p>\n
Dr Olexandr Turkevich is treating soldiers who have returned to Ukraine from Russian captivity with signs of mutilation and psychological distress.<\/p>\n
“I want your children to know that you’re fascist. That’s why I am cutting deep,” a Russian soldier reportedly told one prisoner, who was blindfolded.<\/p>\n
