MCDONALD'S Monopoly is officially back, giving millions of players the chance to win prizes and cash.

Players will be keen to know what is actually up for grabs in the giant giveaway and if anyone has ever won the game.

McDonald's Monopoly returned on September 6 and millions of prizes from free cash to a holiday can be won across the UK.

The end date for McDonald's Monopoly this year has not yet been announced but it usually goes on for six weeks.

The fast food chain says it has given away "millions of prizes" to "millions of people" in the UK over the years.

According to the chain 165 prizes were won every minute in 2022.

Maccies also has a website where there's a daily update on how many of each prizes have been won.

It means you can check what's still up for grabs before you tuck into your next meal.

The Maccies competition works in a similar way to the classic Monopoly board game.

Selected items on the menu come with a sticker that customers can peel off – these then become the game pieces.

Using the game pieces, customers can then instantly win free food, cash and big prizes like gift cards and headphones.

Fans are being urged to remember to peel both on the packaging of their favourite menu items and on the McDonald's app as well – this gives them double the chance to win.

Last year the fast-food app introduced the digital gameboard and prize wallet, making winning and collecting prizes easier.

What are the McDonald’s Monopoly prizes and how much cash can I win?

The full list of McDonald's prizes for Monopoly 2023 have been revealed.

Among the top prizes this year is £100,000 in cash for four winners and there will be 2,000 "gold cards", which gives you free Maccies meal a week for a year

Lucky winners can also get their hands on an electric Mini, £2,000 for a TUI holiday.

There will be 20 Minis up for grabs, while 85 Maccies fans will have the chance to nab the holiday cash.

Plus, 200 diners will be in with a chance to win a £80 Go Ape voucher.

That's on top of the popular "instant wins" which give Maccies customers hundreds of free food items, from Big Macs to McFlurrys.

If you get multiple stickers you can try and collect property sets that will put you in line to win some big prizes like the following:
