Estate agency Sotheby’s has listed Feresti, in Maramures County, Romania, which is steeped in history and even boasts its own zip line.
The one-of-a-kind plot features five houses and a recreated settlement, modelled after local styles dating back to 625 BC.
The properties, built in 2014, incorporate traditional furnishings, including colourful rugs, timber ceilings, wooden beams, and painted blue and green doors, offering a nod to the site’s history.
