Big Brother’s Imogen Thomas opens up on ageless beauty 17 years after show fame

Big Brother legend Imogen Thomas has shared her bikini body secrets which helped her bag front covers of numerous lads' mags over the years.

The 40-year-old Welsh beauty took part in the social experiment reality show in 2006 alongside the likes of series winner Pete Bennett, the late Nikki Grahame and fellow Welsh native Glyn Wise. She was evicted on Day 86 with a whopping 62 per cent of the public vote and went on to become a glamour model after catching the eye of viewers during her stint.

She started working as a model aged 13, and moved to London when she was 17 to become a professional model, however, she was rejected by many modelling agencies due to her height at just five foot six.

She was crowned Miss Wales in 2003, beating Big Brother 9 winner Rachel Rice, who came third in the pageant and went on to represent Wales at Miss World in China. This prompted her to return to London to try glamour modelling, and also working as a bar hostess at London's Sanderson Hotel.

Despite it being 17 years since her stint on BB7, fans often comment on her Instagram snaps to point out how she still looks the same. Speaking about her ageless beauty, Imogen told Daily Star: "This is good genes. I've got Italian blood in me and I don't go in the sun. Although I go on holiday a lot, I do not put my face in the sun. I've got a few wrinkles I'm not going to lie."

She later went on to explain how she keeps in shape and maintains her bikini body. Imogen explained: "I work out like four times a week and I go to the gym near me which I've been going to for the last 10 years. I eat a lot and all my friends tell me they don't know where I put it. Even though I am curvy but I have a high metabolism because I've been working out since I was tiny. I used to do gymnastics but I stopped when I got into horse riding but always I've done fitness."
