Hamas terrorists used weapons from North Korea in attack on Israel
Hamas terrorists used weapons from NORTH KOREA in their horrific attack on Israel including assault rifles and rocket-propelled grenade launchers that were first sold by Kim Jong Un to Iran
- North Korean F-7 rocket-propelled grenade launchers were seized by Israel
- Hamas terrorists also had North Korean, Kalashnikov-style assault rifles
- North Korean weapons were sold to Iran before reaching Hamas in Gaza
Hamas terrorists used rocket-propelled grenades supplied by North Korea in their murderous assault on Israel.
The Gaza-based terrorists carried shoulder-held F-7 launchers, which are designed to take out armored vehicles, as they roamed civilian areas in Israel murdering hundreds of men, women and children.
During the brutal Hamas attack on Israel on Oct. 7 its terrorists were also armed with North Korean Type 58 self-loading rifles, which are a variant of the Kalashnikov assault rifle.
Kim Jong Un’s hermit kingdom illegally sells weapons to fund its nuclear weapons program.
The F-7s and rifles are believed to have been sold first to Iran and then passed on to Hamas.
Suspected North Korean-made F-7 rocket-propelled grenades, many with a distinctive red stripe on their warhead, are seen at an Israeli military base in southern Israel, Sunday, Oct. 15, 2023
North Korea and its leader Kim Jong Un denied supplying Hamas with weapons
Pyongyang publicly denied that it had armed Hamas calling the allegation a ‘groundless and false rumor’ disseminated by the United States.
But the evidence appeared conclusive as images published by Hamas itself showed terrorists wielding the weapons, and some were seized by the Israeli military.
North Korean rocket-propelled grenade launchers that remain in the hands of Hamas are expected to be used against Israeli tanks during an expected imminent Israeli ground invasion of Gaza, which could last month.
The weapons fire a single warhead and can be quickly reloaded, making them ideal for guerilla warfare against an opponent using armored vehicles in an urban battlefield.
It is now known how many of the weapons Hamas has.
CCTV footage shows a Hamas terrorist entering Be’eri kibbutz as mortally wounded car occupants sit in a rolling car, after it was fired upon at the gate, in southern Israel, October 7.
The F-7 has been previously found in Syria and Iraq.
Pictures published by Hamas showed terrorists carrying shoulder-held launchers with a red stripe like the F-7.
The same red stripe, and other similarities, were seen on launchers seized by the Israeli military.
N.R. Jenzen-Jones, a weapons expert at Armament Research Services, said: ‘North Korea has long supported Palestinian militant groups.
‘Many North Korean weapons have been provided by Iran to militant groups, and this is believed to be the primary way by which Palestinian militants have come to possess North Korean weapons.’
The White House said last week that North Korea has delivered more than 1,000 containers of weapons to Russia for its ongoing war in Ukraine.
Last month Kim traveled to Russia to meet President Vladimir Putin and visit key military sites.
U.S. officials believe Kim has been asking for sophisticated Russian technology to boost his nuclear program in return for the weapons.
